If you've had your Cocoon for a couple of weeks and things don't seem right, there are a couple of steps that you can take.
- Firstly, do ensure your Cocoon's location is optimal for your home and needs, but avoiding any of the don't's listed - Here
- Make sure that anyone that is regularly part of your home is part of your Cocoon 'Household', and that they all have location/data/Wifi enabled. This ensures that Cocoon learns what is right for an empty 'Away' state, and for an occupied 'Home' profile.
- You can get in touch with the Help team - email@example.com - who can check your Cocoon's logs to see where your Cocoon's learning is at, and how accurate the Home / Away profiles are. We can also reset your learning for you too!
