If you're seeing a colour tint over the screen while watching the live video stream or any alert videos, such as a purple/magenta tint, please try the following:
- Reboot your phone
- Reboot your Cocoon - unplug it for 30 seconds to 2 minutes before plugging it back in
- If this doesn't help, we would recommend factory resetting your Cocoon - you can find the instructions for this here
