A flashing yellow light indicates that the Cocoon is busy.
This usually means that it’s receiving an update. As soon as Cocoon is connected to the internet, it will receive its first update. Depending on your broadband quality, this may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
This can also mean that the Cocoon is busy trying to overcome an error.
First of all, we'd need you check that you are using the power source/plug and cabling that came with the Cocoon. If so, and the yellow flashing continues, please contact the support team.
