If you find you are unable to watch live video, there can be a number of limiting factors such as broadband and data speeds, so what we would recommend first of all is to close down the app and retry.
If this does not resolve, then you could try turning Cocoon off and on again. Don't worry, this will not remove any events from your timeline!
The last step would be to turn your router off and on again.
