When you use the slider to manually arm/disarm your Cocoon, this should display in the timeline ("[Member] has armed/disarmed Cocoon"). If your Cocoon fails to manually arm/disarm, please ensure that your Cocoon is online by navigating to the "Your Cocoon" menu in the app.
If your Cocoon is showing as offline (and has a red LED), please follow these instructions to bring your Cocoon back online:
- Unplug your Cocoon from your power supply
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug your Cocoon back into the power supply
If your Cocoon is online, please test by attempting to watch the live video.
