This is something that we will always ask your permission for. We take your security very seriously, after all, that’s what Cocoon is all about!
Remote access is there so that we can check the quality of your video and audio, as well as test other features on your Cocoon itself. Not only do we ask permission for this, but you’ll also get a running notification alert on your smartphone(s) to let you know when remote access has taken place so that you’re fully aware of what’s happening.
