If your Cocoon has been active for longer than a week and you haven't received any alerts, you can check that your Cocoon is listening out for Subsound activity in the Cocoon app:
- While at home and connected to the same WiFi network as your Cocoon, open the app and navigate to the "See Subsound" menu
- Make some noise by opening/closing a door or banging on a wall
- See the Subsound meter fill up and turn red - this indicates that Cocoon would alert you to such activity if armed
If your Cocoon is detecting Subsound activity correctly but you haven't received any alerts, please do get in touch with our support team with your Cocoon's serial number and we'll be happy to look into this.
