You can now be included in more than one Cocoon Household.
Useful if you want to:
- Protect more than one property with Cocoon
- If you have family or friends whose homes are protected with Cocoon and you want to be included in their Household
Still as easy to set up:
We have introduced a new menu to allow customers to easily set up a Cocoon in another location. This is also where you can click in order to switch between Households.
Head to the top bar and either tap the Household Name or the button on the left-hand side
And you can easily switch or add
Naming Your Cocoon Locations
To make it easier for you to differentiate which Household you are checking in on, at the end of setting up a new Household, you'll be prompted to name it.
This name is unique to you, not the Household. This is to help differentiate the Cocoon protecting your ‘Home’ and the ‘Home’ of your parents/friends
The Household name can also be updated anytime from the ‘Household details’ screen within the main app navigation.
Feature enhancements, coming soon:
- Improved notifications - at the moment, notifications do not include details as to which household is alerting. We also want to include a better way within the Cocoon app to let customers know if there are outstanding notifications which they might not have seen.
